Bought meat last July or August.Burger is fine steaks are very inconsistent.Some tiff no matter how you cook them .Roasts have mostly been awful unless I cook them two days in crockpot.For the price I expected better.Not much flavor to any meat.Wont buy again.!

These folks have turned a long time Bison fan now into a Yak fan! I love their cuts of Yak and all the many health benefits it provides as a leaner red meat option. I am also impressed by their high quality beef! I have yet to be let down by anything I have tried and I would highly recommend going with these ranchers! You won't be disappointed because their products are of a superior quality!

This beef has the texture and taste it should have- not like the junk in grocery stores. These steaks are naturally good, the way beef was back in the 70's.

Straka-Hooper. Bought my first 1/2 grass fed cow for April butcher. Bought $500 worth of meat from the freezer, was delectable. Received ours, was terribly chewy to no end, tasteless, no marbling at all, filets were less than 1/4” thick and 2” rounds. Roasts tough after crockpotting, had to food process it for dogs, had friends over for steaks (cooked almost rare) & embarrassed we served it. Donated remainder of meat to a animal rescue, before & during pickup Lara & Jessica super great.After the fact, Bob the owner belittled me on the phone as if it was personal.He had no resolution consideration. He said I waited two months to complain (because I don’t complain), but that was a lot of money, we bought a brand new freezer, & we felt “bait & switch”. We would’ve definitely won in small claims court, but we don’t sue people. Later found from a reliable meat producer that they should not have sold grass fed grass finished in the spring especially in high altitude. There’s no quality grass. We will be buying very far East. Originally from NE where beef is the best.
Bad experience made worse by Bob’s harsh and defensive attitude.
