I didn't think I'd ever leave a review for a post office. I just assumed they all sucked.
I came here from the springs for a passport. The employee was friendly and helpful, and I think the whole process, including waiting in line and buying stamps, took me 10 minutes. They had appointments available every day, unlike pretty much every other post office in the state, which were all booked out a month.

Corey (i hope i’m spelling that right) was outstanding. She processed my friends passport application and made it very easy. She let us do it without an appointment which was really nice. Very friendly and super quick with everything.

The folks at this post office take the most beautiful passport photos ever. They took so much time with my family. Susan makes you look like a goddess and helped us with all the forms and what not. And Ben was equally as kind and helpful and so sweet to our baby. Thank y’all so much!

Service is fine but they were not informed on change of address procedure. Told me to bring another person in to vouch for my change of address. Said “we can’t have just anybody say they live somewhere” well,duh.What they should have said is “ it’s easy to do online and takes 5 minutes and costs $1.10” instead of condescending me on a topic they were ignorant of. Will be going to WP post office in the future.

Didn't know how to ship media mail, and Sharon helped me tremendously with pricing if it was better to send media mail or 1 rate. Ended up doing 1 rate. Great post office with great customer service!
