Moved here in December. When I asked about the process to sign up for a PO Box (first ever, as I’ve always had a mail box in my driveway) I was treated like I was an idiot. The new lady is very nice though. However the older folks need to just stay home given their clear disdain for their profession.

Rude, disrespectful, and not helpful. Every time I go in there I try to be as nice and prepared as possible, but always get berated for something not being perfect.
The older gentleman with white hair is horrible to deal with, will be a much better post office once he gets his pension and retires.

I was notified that my pkg was at the post office. When I went to pick it up, the clerk didn't go look but said it was returned. It was lost. 5 days later, I was informed that it was still at the post office waiting for me to pick it up. This was pure laziness and a major inconvenience, because I had to order the product again. No apologies from the PO.

What is the point to informed delivery when you get a message saying package ready for pick up parcel locker and 30 minutes after i stop and am told nope hasn’t been put out yet that it couldn’t have been that long ago that I got the message. And the point? Text says it’s in a parcel locker but I came to soon. This is an on going problem and it needs to be corrected. I understand shortage of staff but don’t tell us something is ready until it’s ready. I shouldn’t even need a PO Box as I am in city limits. All packages no matter the delivery company ends up at the PO and they have enough to deal with handling their own packages dont need other carriers items. Someone needs to figure out how things are going to be delivered. We shouldn’t have to guess

Some one needs to get control of the Dolores CO Post Office. We get notices that packages are in lockers and then told when we go that they haven't finished putting it out. This is an on going issue. I get text alerts so I know when it's there and ready. They don't deliver to my address even though I am writhing city limits so I am not being given a choice as to how to get my mail. Also my UPS Amazon and FedX packages should not be dropped off at the PO. You cant handle your own mail load let alone all of theirs. I understand being short staffed but y'all brought that on yourselves. Get it together and provide satisfactory service

Good job pat yourself on the back ,twice in two weeks. We've lived here for two yrs and this is the worst service from a post office ever . First my pkg get thrown out of the carrier and into the gate that was one thing because my pkg was ok. This time is a big fat NO!. YELLING AT MY DAUGHTER AND UPSETTING HER IS NOT OK AT ALL !. get it together, if you don't like your job find another.

Always feel welcome and that my postal needs are taken care of quickly and professionally. Jina, Jeff, and Grant are so friendly that I always leave there with a smile on my face.

During the nearly 20 yrs I have lived in Mancos, the postal workers here have always been very kind, knowledgeable, and professional even during the chaos of the pandemic and staffing shortfalls that have impacted this location recently. They never complain. Keep up the good work!

This is likely the nicest, friendliest post office in the area, I will be using them whenever possible.
