“My partner and I are driving cross country in our new to us 2013 Ford E-150 and got a little nervous as this was our first time roadtripping in this vehicle, and stopped here on a whim just really hoping someone would be able to point us in the right direction. Our van seemed to be “jumping” on hills when we would give it gas and it would seem to choke. Bret (sp?) checked over several things and took in on a test drive, with the ultimate diagnosis that she seemed to be running fine and gave us advice on who to go to if we saw the issue crop up again. Did not charge us a dime even though we showed up and wasted his time with a completely healthy machine, and as a queer couple I just really appreciated someone talking straight to us about the problem. This place is great and they are super friendly and I appreciate them being able to ease our worries!”
