Awful. Worst customer service ever! You can’t even get them to answer your calls or return your voicemail. Makes me wonder how secure it even is if no one is ever there. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other storage place. There are several right next to this horrible place.

I was robbed from Mini Storage and they revealed to me that in addition to my incident, there was another break in at Pack Rat (same owners) the previous year. See the review at La Plata mini-storage for details. I do not recommend using either of these services as they do not take security seriously.
