63 year AAA member here. Met AAA reps in Buckley Park today around 2 pm. Asked where office was and was told here in Durango near the he City Market. I said I could use some maps and would go by the office. I checked Google maps that said office open until 5:30 pm. Walked there arriving at 5:10 to find a sign on the door stating the office was closed as staff was in Buckley Park for the bicycle event. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE REPS IN THE PARK DID NOT TELL ME THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED. PLEASE DO BETTER!

Have been waiting 4 hours for roadside assistance to pull my car out of the snow, everytime I request roadside service they take an absolutely ridiculous long time. Terrible service.

If you need towing services in the Four Corners region, don't bother calling AAA. They have left us hanging twice in the past 6 months. Both times they were not able to find towing service in the area. When we called a local towing company, they said that AAA doesn't pay them enough to make taking their calls worth their time. Cancelling our membership.

I was lied to from staff about arrival times. Had to contact them 6 times. Wouldn't answer the phone or return my calls. It's been 4hrs now and the locksmith still hasn't showed up. They said 1hr. They said 1hr. I'm gonna have to break my window. Nobody is showing up. LIES do NOT use their services

Had a flat tire 10 minutes outside of town on a paved road and my lug nuts were too tight to change tire myself. Wait time for service was first 30 minutes then 4 1/2 hours then 6 hours and then the provider canceled and had to start the process all over again. AAA is good for passport photos and travel tips but do not suggest for use in the Durango area. Just get your passport photos at a drug store.

Wanted quotes for insurance, was directed to Denver. This was handled without difficulty via phone. Useless to drive to Durango

Another benefit of AAA membership I didn't realize, free Passport photos. In and out quickly, super friendly. The lady helping me also mentioned they can do international drivers license as well.
