I wish i could do a negative stars. My friends and I share a unit, we have a massive mouse problem. Contacted them countless times, they claim they will come spray but never have. In the last 3 weeks we have captured over 6 dozen mice. All our stuff is COVERED in mouse waste which is completely unacceptable. They are cheap, but we are closing this unit as its not ok to have our stuff destroyed and have nothing done to make it right or even have pest control out like they say they will! Do not rent from here unless you want your belongings destroyed with mouse waste!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars!! My unit is infested with mice. Everything is covered in waste and when I contacted them they claim that there is no problem and never had any mice in units. All my stuff is ruined and they offered no resolution. Be careful renting here!!

It's one of the most affordable storage places in town, but you get what you pay for. Security is pretty minimal and there was a real of break ins a few years ago.

Awesome units very clean and pretty new along with exemplary customer service, there has been a couple of times I've been behind on my monthly payment due to card and bank issues and they never double locked my storage unit so I couldn't access it (unlike most that lock it the very day you're late!) This is also my second time renting from them and I never had any issue with deposits or discrepancies in any way! Gated with entry code and 24/7 surveillance my belongings have always been and felt safe! Highly recommend and will always come to them if I ever need another unit in the future GREAT JOB ABC STORAGE OF DURANGO, CO

Our storage unit was broken into... even after 5 break-ins just 2 days prior. Even with multiple break-ins, I thought it was ridiculous how security didn’t try more extreme measures to makes sure the units were secure. I go to The Fort, and I live in Texas. Heading back now to see what the damage is.. from the photos, the unit looks a mess and almost all boxes were opened. Kind of disappointed, especially with their “24/7 surveillance and gated area.” My issue is how close the break-ins were. Just two nights apart.

Do not put your belonging here!!! This summer (2020) our storage unit was broken into along with 5 others!!! They claim to have 24/7 security camera footage, AND the gates only stay open at a certain time. I'm just really confused on how they could let this happen. Not just one storage unit, but 5!!!!! I will never come here again. This is my second summer storing my belongings here, and have never had any issues until this summer.

Do NOT do business with them. They don't give you your deposit back. It's been over 2 months since I've moved out and they have NOT been helpful in regards to my deposit. They claimed to have sent the Check out to my "old address". But as one who is still receiving mail forwarding from two addresses ago, I know this is not the case. They refused to issue a new check because it costs $30 to void the original one. Talk about horrible customer service. I will NOT rent here ever again NOR do I suggest them. Go somewhere else that prides themselves in customer service instead of excuses and blaming my address!

From the time I moved my things in till the time it was time to leave this company was top noche. Very friendly and helpful staff and I never had to worry about my things. I would highly recommend this facility for any of your storage needs.

ABC Storage Durango: clean, secure, well lit, always accessible, but I was even more impressed with the management. As an out-of-stater (with a student at the Fort) I had a fairly urgent requirement for storage space on really short notice. ABC Storage Team handled the application and paperwork via email and got me set up with a small unit in less than 24-hours. I thought I needed a larger unit, but ABC's recommendation was that the smaller unit would work for my stuff - and they were right on (...nice to see someone not "up-selling" you every chance they get!). When it was time to move out of the storage space I cleaned the unit per the agreement and the next day my full deposit was refunded back to me. ABC Storage Durango is a very professional organization.
