Came in for parts for my chainsaws. Was greeted immediately and taken care of at the stihl station. Was then escorted with good conversation to get the parts I needed for my echo chainsaw. Was a pleasant experience as always!

Over priced to the max. Only getting 2 stars because sometimes they are the only place that carries what you need. Speciality item perk gets em a 2nd star
Edited to 4 stars because the employees are never more than an isle away and quick to help. Plus they dont skimp on cashiers to check out.

well when I came in here today iy was much better. Last week I went in there and I was in there for about 5 min at the most. The workers started surrounding me..watching me as I shopped. making me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't act like I was being suspicious or anything. I didn't deserve that. I even bought something I didn't want just to show them I wasn't tying to steal something. I brought it back the following week (today) and they didn't ask any questions. but they did follow me out the door like I stole something. they followed me to my car. which i don't appreciate. that is total Bullshit. I have spent a lot of money at this store but now I'm not goi g to shop there anymore. I don't need to feel like that when I'm shopping. it's already hard for me to even go out in public because I have anxiety and other issues in public. so thanks for making me feel even more uncomfortable. Hope you don't have a day like mine.

Will, in the Durango store went above and beyond the normal customer service role with taking time to thoroughly explain all major aspects for my purchase of a Stihl weed eater. I highly recommend visiting Will for your Stihl needs every time.

I went looking for special hooks to hang some things. I walked in the door with my grandbaby, she instantly saw a little shopping cart. Oh she was in heaven. A lady asked if I was looking for something I explained what I was looking for. She immediately said the isle where I would and sis find them.
My grand baby helped shop and was ears to ears smiles.

Great local hardware store with incredible service and a really wide selection of items beyond just hardware. Best grill shop in town, food preservation, and high end yard tools.
