I brought in a small frame and picture from my childhood. It was not well made but I needed help to reassemble it. Hollie was very rude to me, ripped off the yarn that was the hanger without asking and proceeded to talk very condescending to me. My simple project was beneath her framing store. I was able to put in a stop work order and she didn’t bother to even ask me why. That is how much she hated my business and my cheesy little frame. Very Rude and Snobby woman!!

My experience at Affordable Framing has been good. The sales woman (I wish I could remember her name)was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they also will pack and ship my art piece. Affordable Framing has a lot of products to choose from.Good location and easy parking! I will go back for my Framing needs.

Got a couple photos framed here for the holidays. They came out great, and it didn't take too long either. I appreciated the shop owner helping me design the frames, since I had no clue what I was doing. Great experience, I reccomend them.

Super strange experience here. Walked in looking for a frame for some art we have. After 2+ minutes of me wandering around the store a lady finally showed up and with attitude asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for a modern frame for some art. She said “what you see is what we got” and then walked back into the back of the store.I’d only go here if you looking for a very specific very old style picture frame. That’s what they got!

I have a very special piece of art which was a parting gift when I left my job. It is a beautiful canvas print of the Mona Lisa. I chose Affordable Framing because of the reviews I read. All positive. The employee who helped me was thorough and listened to my thoughts and what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I have to go back because the framing I picked was being discontinued! As of now, I don't have a finished product to share. But I'm excited to see the end product!

I always try to shop shop local whenever possible, and support Durango's longrunning mom and pop shops. Thought I'd give AF a try. I'm disappointed in the quality of the frame. It wasnt until I got home that I'd realized the corners are chipped and peeling. The turnaround was quick. The Matte turned out nice, but not exactly affordable. In my opinion, not a great value for the price. ($55 for an 8x8 frame)

We were looking for photos of Colorado landscapes and local attractions etc. We bought 2 - 8x10 prints in a matte frame. When we brought them home we decided to remove them from the original cardboard matte and place them in our own frames. When we took them apart we discovered that all the photos are simply cut from calendars and then framed to look like legit real photographs. We paid $40 for 2 calendar pages. This is misleading and a deceptive business practice. I could have gone to Walmart and bought the whole Calendar for 10 bucks and done the cut and paste myself. Not happy

I hope everyone uses this business. Holly helped me at Christmas time to make a beautiful collage of my grandson's first decade. My kids love it. I will probably do the next decade. Thanks Holly and Steve.

The woman I spoke to was very rude. Would not recommend coming here and the framing isn't very affordable. Felt like the woman assumed I already knew what kind of framing I wanted and then talked down to me when I didn't know. Will not be coming here for my framing needs.
