This pharmacy should be investigated. I'm pretty sure that this pharmacy is part of the epidemic of pharmacies diverting controlled substances into the black market. It's always something with them. I can't ever pick up my medication without the runaround from certain staffers telling me my medications aren't available. When I check in later to see if they're available yet, I've found out TWICE now that my scripts had been filled and waiting for me since before I showed up the first time. Had it been once, is think it was a misunderstanding, twice I'm starting to wonder, but I'm ony third round of this with them right now and I'm now convinced they are diverting. Every time I call I get conflicting information, and the attitude is disgusting. The defensive attitude the pharmacist himself gets is suspicious. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. Go anywhere else. How many nefative reviews does this corporation need to read before they realize that their pharmacy workers in this town needs fired? Maybe a DEA investigation will be the thing that changes them?
Also, take not of ANY business who only responds to perfectly positive reviews. That tells you everything you need to know about their willingness to do better and about how seriously they take these incredibly serious complaints they have here. Enjoy dealing with the federal complaints.

I can say that they are consistently good but sometimes the communication is difficult over the phone. Maybe that is due to automation.

How is this place still operating? No one ever answers, no one returns phone calls. I've been having issues filling and paying for a prescription. They keep saying it was rejected by my insurance, however I have spoken to my insurance company multiple times, even went so far as to have them reset the pharmacy insurance information via the program. At this point I've been told it's on the SaVon end of things and they refuse to correct it, no matter how much my insurance company refers the proper paperwork. Switched pharmacies and the problem 'magically' went away. If you want a headache and a incompetent group of people, come here.

I love Albertsons pharmacy I have been going there since they opened and always enjoy a quick service as as opposed to you know who market. I'd like to thank Kyle and the entire staff for their continued great service for the customers of Albertsons and Durango.

After moving from New Mexico I started going to the SaVon pharmacy in Durango since I had a positive experience a number of years prior, but since moving and post-Covid the SaVon pharmacy is barely functional and in shambles. The receptionists and techs rarely either know how to do their jobs or bother to do them, and incorrect filings to insurance regarding medications are the norm. Moreover the pharmacy often refuses to acknowledge their mistakes in this instance, forcing customers to call a long chain of support numbers through their insurance and other help desks, only to be told once more that the pharmacy at SaVon is the problem in the instance. Even after providing the pharmacy with all of this information as well as respective numbers to call to verify the given information, they still seem to be unable or unwilling to fix their mistakes and correct the prescription issues.

They don't answer the phone. Good luck trying to get in touch. The staff is constantly changing. I'll be moving to another pharmacy in January!!

Went there for a TDAP innoculation. The pharmacy was very quick, efficient and professional. The technician who gave me the innoculation was so good I didn't even feel it!
