Ryan was awesome he came in on a day off to help pick up the slack at a busy store . We got 2 new company phones and an iPad and it only took him 35 minutes to get it all set up for us . I would highly recommend using Ryan at this store !

We walked in and AJ was fast, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure we were taken care of with the best possible deal for our situation. We got new phones, insurance and an IPad with ease. I highly recommend AJ at the Camino Deal Rio, AT&T store in Durango!!!

Unfortunately, my recent encounter with the manager (Mike) at ATT Durango a few weeks back was far from satisfactory. Not only was HIS demeanor unprofessional, but his attitude bordered on outright rudeness. Throughout our interaction, I was met with condescension and dismissiveness, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. Moreover, the manager's communication style was insulting, displaying a lack of basic courtesy and respect. It's disheartening to see such behavior from someone in a leadership position. I would caution others to approach ATT Durango with caution, as the management seems to lack the necessary interpersonal skills to provide a positive customer experience. On a lighter note the store in Farmington was able to help me with ease and the common courtesy I would have expected.

The staff at At&t lied to me about my trade in promotion and costs. They told I could use their trade in promo for the new s24, explaining my bill would go up about $10. Unfortunately they have you do everything online so when my bill came out to $140 for 1 line instead of $90 (which is already pretty high) I was understandably confused. When I went back in to the store they told me there was nothing they could do from their end at the store. Now I'm locked into paying $140 until my contract is up.
I would highly suggest cricket or Verizon. I have never felt scammed by a service provider.
Customer service did provide me a one time $20 curtesy credit though so gotta give them credit there!

long wait , found out I'm paying for items I did not request in the first place . they forgot to unregister there phone in place of mine so I had to go back into the store a second time . told me I was getting a new phone for my ins claim , Sent a used phone with a scratches screen . no stoked at all

I originally went to the Durango store to trade out my Droid for an iPhone after doing some research on the AT&T app. Micheal answered all my questions, took care of my trade immediately. After reviewing our family account, I was able to upgrade my daughter’s iPhone 12 to a 15, paying tax only, as well as changing up our plan to save some money each month. Everyone at this location was very helpful….there’s no need to go in there expecting a stressful experience.

We were looking to change service providers and our previous provider presented notable technical difficulties. The Durango AT&T store representatives were very helpful and patient with the situation. They provided excellent customer service and were very accommodating to ensure our family cellular service needs were met.

I find going into our store here in Durango is the best! We always like working with Michael, in particular! He takes the time to answer my many questions and then actually shows me how or what to do on my phone!! Above and beyond!! I didn’t want to give up my 12 mini but very happy with my 15 upgrade. Don’t forget to add AARP # if you have one!!

Mike at the Durango store is the BEST!!. I had an issue with at&t with my wife's new iphone and a credit due that couldn't get resolved for a year. Mike solved it right away.
