Patrick was extremely helpful and efficient. The original CD player in my old truck had been unreliable. It finally wouldn't load or eject the CD in the player. The service department for the vehicle told me it would take ONE MONTH to get an appointment to find the part number, then another appointment for installation of a new audio system and an additional 10 days after that to get the CD out of the old player. Patrick accomplished ALL of the above within 5 hours of my initial call. THANK YOU!

I first worked with Axxis in 1978 after my wife and I moved to Durango. Axxis helped us with our sound system & TV setup. Dan did a wonderful job. Over the years Axxis did numerous small and large installs on my automobiles and home. They were always helpful and professional. In 2013 we moved from the country to town. Axxis again did complete rewire and installs for TVs and music systems.at VERY reasonable cost to me. In 2024, Axxis did another major over haul of our equipment. I'd give Axxis a higher rating than 5 stars if it was available to me. Terms like, honesty, professionalism, anxious to please, reasonable pricing, promptness, open to questions, willingness to explain operation of equipment, and overall great employees all apply. Without a doubt the best audio/visual providers in Durango.

The guys at Axxis Audio in Durango are terrific to work with and did a wonderful job installing an updated audio system (head unit + 4 speakers) and remote-start in my 2004 F150. I called 'em up, chatted about my situation, received a fair work estimate, and scheduled my slot a week in advance. At the time of pickup, there were no hidden charges, and they even threw in a couple of little extras to make MY life easier down the road. The job was well done, on time and on budget, and everything was fully explained. So yes, Axxis gets my highest recommendation and 5-star rating.

Carla and I have had our communications world rocked here recently. We had this vehicle cell phone booster installed on three of our vehicles.
I just drove back from Valliceto Lake all the way to Pagosa listening to a podcast without interruption. Then I took a phone call in ZERO cell range as I was passing Chimney Rock and we spoke for a minute then the call dropped. But I was still able to send out a text saying that I would call back in a few minutes.
The other part of this is that Axis Audio in Durango has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. It’s pretty amazing when they originally quoted me a cost for each vehicle - installed. Because I didn’t push them (yeah, I know that’s hard to believe ?) they charged me quite a bit less today for all three vehicles. Who does that?!
The other thing that REALLY impressed me about Axis Audio was that when I had to use their bathroom, I was pleasantly surprised by their MASSIVE stock of EVERYTHING neatly stacked up and ready to go. I’m SO SICK of a company being in business and they look surprised when you want to buy something from them and then they tell you, “I’ll have to order it for you.” NOT Axis Audio. They have a fantastic stock.
So you guys who can’t find a present for your wife, you might want to call Axis Audio and get them to upgrade your wife’s car.
But don’t push them this week. They are busy. Carla has ANOTHER Christmas present coming from them . . . this Friday. ?
