Deb, the owner of this salon, is all about customer service. Due to an injury to my hand I have been unable to wash my hair. I called Deb to see if she could fit me in for just a wash. This was my first time in her salon. She said she could fit me in that afternoon. I had no idea how popular her business was until I asked to make another appointment for a haircut. Turns out she is not taking any new customers but she was willing to put me on a waiting list. She did a great job washing my hair and used products that brought the shine back. Then she blew out my hair beautifully so I wasn't walking around with wet hair. I bought the products that made my hair feel so good. She didn't have to accommodate me but she did. I hope I get to be a regular customer of hers in the future. Great customer service is tricky to find these days and she has it in spades !

This post comes out under my husband, but I received outstanding service from Samantha today…we get out of the Texas heat to Durango in the summer and I have been so extremely happy with this salon! Samantha gave me a phenomenal touch up and cut today, I wish I could take her with me everywhere! Kristi B.

Not really sure what to say other than don't get your hair dyed here. My inspiration photo and the end result couldn't have been more different. I came in with really light roots and a sharp regrowth and wanted to bring my natural color down to make it look more natural. It was like what I said went over her head and she decided to just do her own thing. I have been working for years on getting my hair as blonde as it was and now it's all ruined because she dyed my ends brown when I specifically said not to.Service: Hair coloring

I rarely write reviews but I've been coloring my hair for many years and I consistently get the best color and cut here with Tasha Aragon! Tina Lone provides top notch facials as well! I made an appointment with Samantha yesterday and was able to get in today. I’d never been here before but am so SO glad I took the leap. Samantha was kind, attentive, and let me just be while she shampooed my hair (heavenly!) and cut my hair just the way I wanted. She really listened and did not disappoint in the slightest. We have two littles at home and my house is loud. On top of everything else, I think Samantha really read my needs and just let me relax into the experience. Tasha was AMAZING!!! It was my daughter's first haircut and Tasha did a terrific job! We definitely will return to see Tasha. I know personally how hard it is to find a decent barber/salon professional in Durango and she impressed me. I will return to have get my haircut because Tasha cuts men's hair too! Thank you Tasha for making my daughter's first hair cut one to member and cherish.

I was having a hard time finding a salon in Durango, CO that had any photos of a cut other than long with waves at the end. I need layers. And bangs! Having only lived in major cities, I was uneasy trying a small town place. But Hannah at Beyond The Bridge Hair Salon gave me the best cut I've had in decades. Literally. She listened. Washed. Dried. Styled. In an hour! So sweet, a mellow relaxing welcoming vibe in the place. Now, instead of flying OUT of Durango for a cut. I'd fly HERE for one! Thank you, Hannah and Beyond the Bridge.

Trina is fabulous with skin care. I travel for work and visit spas in my off time, honestly she gives the best facials anywhere. I walked in feeling tired with deep dark circles. She erased them for me and made my skin glow. It's been a couple days and the product she recommended is maintaining that just after a facial feel. I would not go to any one else.

Hannah is the BEST colorist I have ever been to. She is just a natural at being a true hair artist. She is professional, uses great products and is the sweetest person you'll ever meet.
