Great service, with reasonable prices for parts and a fair hourly labor rate. My vehicle needed a lot of work to align, and Ron made sure to present all of my options and let me decide how I wanted to go about it without pressuring me in any way. He kept me updated with the work he was doing, and there were no surprise fees at the end. I definitely recommend this Big O location!

I went here on 2-26-2024 because I was driving my car and I heard a something hit underneath my car, then my wheel started to wobbling. Like I said I went to big I to have it looked at. Well come to find out I lost a weight on one of my tires. So they new this. All they had to do is put the weight on that tire and balance that one tire. But that wasn't good enough for them. They did a alignment and balance all my tires for no reason. Even after he told me it was a weight.. The boy who fixed my car was saying some rude comments. I didn't appreciate that. Don't go here. They will charge u more then they need to.. The front desk guys are not very nice either. They act like they hate there jobs.. JUST DON'T GO HERE...

Friendly and professional. I called before showing up and spoke with Windsor. I didn’t know the tire size, but told him the make and model to check inventory. When I arrived even before I got out of my car Windsor was there confirming the size and greeting me.

Stopped here on a cross country trip when I had a piece of metal in my tire, they didn’t have the exact tire I would have needed but helped to remove the debris and patch the hole. After leak checking it they wouldn’t even charge me, I’ve had several great experiences with Big-O in Colorado that saved 2 cross country trips. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys
