The blonde employee was very rude and would not help me, all she kept saying was to buy everything online. But the young lady that was putting up clothes was very respectful and helpful. The blonde would not even check me out with my purchase.

My employer told me to go to store and pick out boots for work. Employer told me a voucher would be ready and I'd pay nothing out of pocket. When I arrived I was told that voucher system was not set up. Employee were confused about account info. I ended up being charged for boots. I never authorized or gave permission for them to take $ out of my paycheck

I saw a manager scream at one of their workers today. It left a bad taste in my mouth, I had to leave. I think I'd rather go to the Farmington boot barn from now on. ?

One older lady rushed us as if we were just there for fun. Overpriced unwearable things. A customer came in to make a return, the clothes for girls can't be worn by general public I am not surprised it was returned if you are 40 pounds it may look tight on you., unrealistic ridiculous Women's fashions, poor selection. The younger lady was sweet and helpful, looked up discount for hubby's company on his $300. Work boots sold to us without the box I suppose to cut down in returns we don't return stuff- our life policy

On every roadtrip we visit the Boot Barn. Boot, jeans, t-shirts, we never come back empty handed.

Went to the store this morning on a Saturday and there was no one there to wait on us. So we came home and ordered clothes on line. This is not our first bad experience at this store.

Poor customer service. I had to ask for help fitting a pair of boots. When help arrived, the employee wasn't friendly and acted like helping a customer was an inconvenience. As I checked out with my boots, the employee, Madison, I think, kept giving her coworker strange looks thinking I didn't notice. I needed the boots right away or I would've taken my business elsewhere. Sorry for supporting the business this time and there won't be a next visit to this business.
