The installer went to the wrong address, texted that he couldn't get into the residence, after he realized that he had the wrong address, he said we had to re-schedule for next week. Even though it was his screw up, I guess just coming back to the correct address and doing his job was not an option, we cancelled the service and are going with another internet provider.

If I could give Centurylink a negative star.... For years now they have only offered 10mpbs in Animas Valley but they charge the same amount for it as they charge in town residents that have 100mbps. To have the ability to NEVER have to deal with Centurylink ever again, may be worth the Starlink investment in satellite internet service.

We have been having problems with our internet for almost 6 months so the service line sent a technician out. Anthony arrived earlier than expected and was very friendly. He walked me through the entire process and fixed everything that was wrong in a very efficient and speedy manner. I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for it. This was a nice surprise as I have been having an extremely difficult time with the customer service line who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Not to mention not having an English speaking representative. It was refreshing to have someone who seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He fixed the problem without excuses. While showing perseverance and a willingness to get the job done. As you can tell I am very impressed. Make no mistake. If it wasn’t for Anthony and Durango Broadband we would have canceled our service. So thank you.

The technicians are great when you need them but the steps you have to take to get their help are infuriating. Everything is autonomous prompts, then an online chat where the rep doesn’t actually read your concerns but responds with prompts. Same with when you can get someone on the phone- they literally just tell you about the online options rather than fixing your problem. If you have other internet options- take them.

Ordered home phone service. They said it was connected. It did not work. I called and sat on hold for half a day being transferred to different departments before I finally got someone who could order a technician to come get it working. After waiting weeks the technician did not arrive on scheduled day. I have spent my entire morning sitting on hold today and being transferred to different departments. I am being told that there is no technician scheduled to come to my house. Then my call gets dropped. They can't get me to anyone who can set up the phone service. I have been waiting for phone service for a month now and still have none. Can't get anything but incompetence, hold times, and dropped calls. Worst experience ever, and my first bill for service I don't have should be coming any day now. If there was zero stars that's what my review would be.

They would receive negative stars if possible. Internet speeds are incredibly slow and somehow their customer service is even worse than their technical service. I've spend hours trying to reach someone that can schedule a tech to install a wall jack and I've been stymied at every turn. Kafkaesque.

A horrible experience I was told service is available I took a day off and it was a Noshow by their techs. I waited all day with zero communication I was left in the dark without any explanation A horrible way to run a professional enterprise. I called the next day and was told service IS NOT available with no apologies . I would not trust these guys as it amounts to zero.Look elsewhere for business competency and professionalism I am a professional and the monetary cost was great and the personal anxiety and being blatantly ignored is an indictment of their business.

I have had centurylink in forest lakes for the last year and have had a horrible experience with them. To start with the automated phone number and website still do not recognize my account or phone number. It took me 24 hrs and 16 phone calls to get my last bill payed. As far as internet goes it works well for video streaming but is horrible for gaming. I lose internet at least once an hour. Today I havent had 5 minutes of solid connection. To top it all off I just found out the bayfield office is permanently closed. I actively tell people to find a different option for internet.

Absolutely awful. I’ve been waiting a month for Internet, my house is wired and I am doing a self install. They’ve missed 2 separate PHONE appointments to self install ? won’t call me back, won’t give me a solution. JUST GO INTO THE COMPUTER AND TURN THE INTERNET ON. I’m being billed for this month I’m waiting and you can’t even cover that???? Went to the local office and they promised a manager would call me and set up internet... no calls.... local office won’t call me back, just transfers me to India. I’m not asking for the world here, I’m paying you for a service that’s not being provided!
