Got my dog groomed here, went from a quote of $80 to $250. I went through with it because the wait lists everywhere else were so long. Said it was because of matting, Dog Gone Gorgeous also helped with some matting problems we had and didn't triple the price. I won't be back. I called Dog Gone immediately afterwards to book a November appointment to avoid this situation again. Vibe from the groomer was strange and unpleasant as well. Seems like other people have had a similar experience.

Wendy did so amazing!! Highly recommend!! 10/10 all around. Very talented and was up for any challenge. My Great Pyrenees usually hates being groomed of any sort, but when I picked her up she was as happy as could be and so wonderfully groomed. Wendy truly took her time and did a fantastic job.

We have been shopping here for, like 15 years, because this store is amazing and has a lot of our favorite pet items.Tonight we had THE BEST service from both Leandra and Randy! The moment we walked in the door, we were kindly and promptly greeted and offered assistance.Leandra assisted me with finding the perfect eye care for my sweet and spoiled French Bulldog, who has some eye Irritation going on currently.Then when I was browsing the squish mellow dog beds, I asked if they had a larger size, and Randy went to the back and came out with the CUTEST shark squishmellow doggie bed!This was such a refreshing interaction, recently we have been receiving some terrible service in the Durango are from restaurants and other stores.Keep up the great attitude and again, we will continue to shop at the lovely Creature Comforts!

Creature Comforts is a great store. The team members that work there are very helpful. Recently, Leandra & Paige helped us find a correct leash for our Bernedoodle puppy. From pet food, to toys and other needs - this store has it all. Ps: Make sure to visit the pet cats that work there as well! ?
