I visited the store a week or two ago looking for clothes for my fiancé but was not greeted, as other stores have greeted me downtown. The lady working was just looking down at her phone and seems to not acknowledge me until another group of people walked in, until than she put her phone down and tended to them. As I continued to walked around I wasn’t really helped or asked if I was doing okay or anything close to that. I just ended up putting the items I had and left

I went into the store about a week ago. I felt like this store was not a very welcoming place. I went into the store with my boyfriend and we were not welcomed at all. There was only one female working and she was just looking at her phone. We walked around the store for about 5 mins and another group of people walked in and she put her phone away immediately and tended to those customers. I felt like I was not taken care of as a customer who was interested in some items. I am not a white person and the other group of people were. Now I know we’re in a time where race isn’t supposed to be an issue anymore and I truly hope that I am wrong but everyone who walks into your store should be welcomed and treated EQUALLY.

Owner was quiet but very nice and talkative once I started talking to her. Love all of her brands and selection. I bought one top since the other dress I wanted I already have in another color. Sold out of a lot of mediums so I was out of luck. But fab local shop! Go by there for sure!!!!!

The store should update their hours. Went up to Durango to buy a dress on a Sunday to find out they are closed. The hours posted online are not accurate. It says open Sunday 12 to 4pm. But it says they are closed Sunday and Monday on their door. Wish I would have known before wasting a trip from NM. Please update so others know.

Dolce is the best place to shop for women’s clothing hands down, in the Durango/ Farmington area. Jamie and her staff do an amazing job of getting great priced, up to date styles for all shapes and ages. Love Jamie and her ability to know fashion and her beautiful smile ❤️❤️ ~ Charlie Fitch

Had such a great experience! The woman working was so sweet and energetic helping me find a dress for a wedding. She picked out a dress I wouldn't of picked out myself and it ended up being perfect!! Thank you so much!

Yesterday late afternoon was my first time in this adorable little store. I bought a pair of shoes, and had no idea they were on sale. Less than 24 hours later I tried to return or exchange them because they were a little too tight. They never were worn and I purchased them less than 24 hours before. The owner was quite rude and insisted I could not return or exchange them because they were on sale. I tried to explain to her I didn’t realize they were on sale and asked if I could just exchange for something else. She was very rude and told me know that not being able to return sale items was very common. I am from Virginia and it is very normal and or common to be able to return or exchange items that are on sale. unfortunately we’re not going to the store again or recommend them, and I am a big shopper.

Jaime is such a rockstar and is always incredibly helpful. She gives you a personal shopper experience which allows me to customize my outfits. The boutique is such an asset to Durango. If you haven't shopped here yet you are missing out!!!!!

As soon as I walked into the store I noticed that there was only one employee and I believe she was the owner. I was in the store with 4 other ppl and she said hi to everybody else except to me and didn't ask me once if I was doing okay. As soon as I found two tops she came over and it felt like she tried to take them away from me even though I was still browsing around. She said that she'll put them in the dressing room for me and I didn't even say that I was going to try them on. It was a weird vibe that I got from her. She was just starring me and my boyfriend down as if she was trying to catch us steal or something. After trying on the tops I came out and tried to debate on which one to get and I told her that I'm still thinking about it but once again she took the tops away from me so I didn't even get the chance to look at them from close up again. We ended up leaving the store very disappointed because we felt like she tried to chase us off. I felt targeted since we weren't white like all of the other customers in there..... she really needs to work on how to treat ppl equally and with respect!

Non existent customer service and absolutely trash quality of clothing. No one bothers to offer help when you go in and then when things fall apart from no more than a light breeze (really nothing at all caused this to fall apart) the too bad your screwed attitude is the only interaction you will get. Save your self the money and frustration and run away from this business. If I wanted this kind of service and quality I would go to Walmart.

Dolce is literally one of the raddest boutiques in Durango, CO & the Four Corners. Their inventory is insane and always filled with the freshest styles. LOOOOVE DOLCE! Here's a few snaps from our Shutterfreek® editorial shoot.

Clothes are super cute but each time I visit the workers are always in their phone. They don’t bother to greet you or help and make personal phone calls while you’re shopping.
