Excellent work! I went to another shop and they quoted $1500, so I went to Durango Automotive Repair for a second opinion. They diagnosed and fixed the problem for under $200. They will be my first and only stop going forward.

This place was amazing. Professional, fast and friendly. My heat, including defroster, and wipers stoped working and they were able to diagnose, fix , and get my car back to me same day. The price was fair for the amount of work and they were very transparent on what I’d be charged. I highly recommend.

I have been bringing our vehicles since we moved to Durango two years ago. I find that the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and is willing to research issues with our vehicles as a matter of regular business practice. They have gone above and beyond with their level of service, even looking for a more reasonably priced replacement rear spoiler for my 2012 CX-9. (I backed into our half opened garage door during a surprise power failure when we were still living in Northern Virginia before our move). I trust these folks to suggest the proper follow through on service work at a fair price. That's why I bought our other vehicle, a 2017 Corolla to them this past week for service. They're the best.

You’d never think it by looking at the place, but Durango Auto repair is a very sophisticated business.Took my Toyota in for engine light repair. They kept me informed every step of the way with texts and phone calls updating on the progress. Chelsea was very accommodating. After I picked up my Toyota I got another text from the owner asking if everything was ok. This place is first class, and I wouldn’t hesitate to take my vehicle there.

All I needed was a little help locating and removing a relay module. A pro mechanic could have helped me out in 2 minutes. Instead...as soon as I walk in , I was told. "No no no... nothing until next Teusday."
Lol. The guy doing nothing is saying how busy he is.. Lazy lazy lazy! Thanks for nothing. Pretty typical attitude in Durango these days. When did everyone become so rude and unhelpful?

Quoted me 600 dollars to install a new thermostat even though most places quoted a 100-120 for the install since I would supply the part. This is very sad and if i could i would do 0 stars.
