Bought a silver and "Sacred Buffalo" turquoise ring from these folks some years back. Peruse their website and you'll discover that they don't b.s. (I.e. try to pass off White Buffalo ((Dry Creek)) turquoise as "Sacred Buffalo" turquoise). Also, the silver used in my ring is some of the highest quality I've ever encountered. Would definitely buy from again.

I’m not sure if it’s another child over protected by their parents , or an owner who just doesn’t care ? But the worst communication and business ethics I’ve ever seen Perhaps you might have some pieces worth viewing but your lack of response, and horrible customer care probably keeps your sales down to a manageable level ( as your possibly just trying to hold on to the money your parents left you ) There are other great places in Durango for authentic native jewelry. Others should do themselves a favor and discover them

I would have given 0 stars if possible. Durango Silver is about 3 hours from where I live so when I placed my order I asked if I needed expedited shipping as I needed it in 4 days for an anniversary gift but I was assured that it would no be necessary. Unfortunately it did not make it in those 4 day and has still never arrived. After several texts and inquiries about options I was told that I would not get a refund until I sent back my purchase which never came. No refund, no merchandise just a lot of excuses. I highly recommend you do not do business with Durango Silver.

I can't get enough Durango Silver. First class beautiful authentic best you can get Jewelry. John Hartman is the very Best. His videos he calls flicks are great, I like to watch John work. I have learned so much from him and apply his methods daily. Thank you John Hartman. You are the Man.

I would give 0 stars if I could, I placed an order for an anniversary gift for my wife on the 1st of the month needing it on 5th, I asked about shipping methods but since it is only 3 hours from my house I was told the regular shipping would be sufficient. Well two weeks later and several texts later nothing? They won't refund my money and they did not deliver anything. They ruined my anniversary gift idea and have done nothing to settle this matter. I am turning it over to my credit card company, Stay far away from Durango Silver Co.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I ordered an anniversary gift 5 days from the big date and asked about expedited shipping in order to receive it in time but was told it would arrive in time with standard shipping since I’m only about 3 hours for there location. It’s now almost two weeks since I ordered and paid for it and still nothing. I have committed with John on several occasions but they still have not refunded my money leaving me in a tough spot to buy anything else for my wife. I strongly recommend thinking twice about using Durango Silver Co. unless you want to loose you merchandise and your mono.

I purchased a moon and star pendant from Durango Silver Company and I am so pleased with this beautiful piece. I had to call Dillon and tell him how much I love it. Dillon also is a super nice guy! Looking forward to buying more beautiful jewelry from Dillon!
