I asked if they work on my type of vehicle and was told they do, and got charged $340 to have my car diagnosed so I could have them fix it and become my regular mechanic… only for them to spend an hour on it and tell me they don’t have the right tools to diagnose it. Single mom and only income so I spent $340 for nothing basically.

Jim Borst was the service manager. He did an excellent job explaining the worn out pads on the brakes of my Porsche Cayenne.
I am towing a small Casita trailer and coming down the Wolf Creek Pass put a little more wear on the pads than I had hoped.
Once the wear sensor came on I knew something had to be done sooner than later.
I mostly DIY all of the maintenance and repair projects on my porsche Cayenne and Porsche 997 because the shops I have worked with on my Porsches generally don't know much about about the cars and just want to sell me parts.
Jim Borst was different. From the moment I called him he had a genuine interest in repairing my Cayenne in a manner that fit my expectations and my budget.
Jim even made sure the correct parts were ordered for my car and shipped overnight so they could get my car on the road ASAP.
I would trust Jim and Durango Premier Auto Care with any brand of vehicle I required maintenance.

I now have to travel from New Mexico to get my VW Passat worked on. I found this shop because the first business I randomly called in durango as answered by someone who was incredibly unhelpful and snarky. So I called Premier next on the Google list and was instantly greeted by knowledgeable, pleasant staff. I got in right away from my oil change and warning light assessment, it didn't take long and it came in right at the estimate. I really like their email Reminders that their computer program generates as it is customized for my car's unique needs. A+
