Horrible customer service, put on hold twice only to hung up on both times. Was never told about a deposit when I made the reservation. Ya I get that most car rental places have a deposit but it’s not like I rent a car every week. I needed this car or I would have just left the business.

Awful service and no pick up. I was told it would cost $800 to rent a car with a reservation. Found a ride back into town then called their closer to town branch. They refused to pick me up or offer any help. Next time I'll just buy a car

Staff was friendly and proficient. The cab company that we had booked stood us up and Enterprise staff members McKenna and Blake arranged a ride for us so we could get back to the RV resort where we were staying. Thanks for your kindness and for getting us where we needed to be!Highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Very easygoing, friendly and welcoming staff. No issues with picking up or dropping off the car. Very helpful with everything. Cost efficient and very trustworthy company. Our flight was delayed and we couldn’t catch the flight to Durango until next morning. The company didn’t even charge us for that day. We were so pleasantly surprised. We would highly recommend this company over the one in Montrose airport.

Reserved a car then was unable to to pick it up because the locations are both located out of town. I called both places because Enterprise advertises we will pick you up. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise.Luckily a competitor carried the day.

This is just a follow-up review on the shabby treatment my husband received with Enterprise on Wednesday July 5th, 2023. I posted that the morning he needed (and reserved, payment included) a car for his cancer treatment in Denver we were told it was unavailable. The response was they would get back to us when they DID have a car. They acknowledged the two cars that were there but said they were already reserved. We, of course, had reserved a 9 am car but guess we were not reserved "enough"? I have reached out three times and had been led to believe that someone would get back to me. I was even asked for the reservation number but I have only heard crickets.

So far so good but we will first give credit to the awesome understanding employees. They need a raise. Specifically Samantha. Bosses, you need to give this awesome representative a raise. She went beyond the call of duty to honor our reservation and worked with us when the minivan confirmed got into an accident and became unavailable. We will see how the rest of the experience plays out but as far as hard working employees goes, this can be said with confidence.

I gave 2 stars only because the local staff is kind and professional. I am a long time enterprise customer but they have been terrible to deal with over the last few years. You can make a reservation but it doesn't mean they have a car for you. This defeats the purpose of making a reservation. This is a corporate problem and not a reflection of the local business.

Terrible customer service. Booked a rental a week in advance, and the day we went to pick it up, nothing available. No advance notice provided for their cancelation, no voicemail, no email, so the family trip we planned had to be canceled after so much planning and booking, and we now have cancelation fees for our lodging and a very sad family. Zero support provided by management. Would not recommend booking with this office or any other Enterprise office after this experience.

Thank you for taking care of me. It was my first time dealing with renting a car and dealing with insurance but you guys made it so easy. I felt very safe in the car during the bad snow storms that we had. Thank you.

They overbook and have nothing available. Why on earth would you allow a reservation to be made online and then have no availability upon pick up? This is terrible business. The reservation number is saying they have a car available while the location says no. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Never renting through enterprise again. Found a car on Turo available same day. Done with corporate BS.
