They offer the worst communications service in the Four Corners! As a business owner my service has not been working going on 3 weeks now. They say they will have a technician reach out by 4pm that day, then I don't hear from anyone for 3 weeks. I called their customer service department and the girl on the other line admitted that Fast Tracks has been dropping the ball with other businesses as well. Going on week 3 I received a email saying the issue had been resolved and the next day I received 2 emails from clients saying that they couldn't get through. Stay Away!!! go with Spectrum or even Starlink

Would highly recommend. Fiber optic internet is blazing fast and reliable. Same goes for their customer service. Morgan, in particular, was very thorough and articulate. Thank you!

Fasttrack has been our best investment ever. They respond so quickly it's almost worrisome - SO NICE to not have to fight to get support to help you out! They also alert me when our system is down sometimes before we even notice it ourselves. We are so happy with the service we receive from FastTrack Communications and highly recommend them!
