Fish Connection is a favorite store in Durango. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It is a wonderful place to walk around and look at all the beautiful fish and aquascapes. The aquarium store is the nicest and best kept that many have visited. Customers ask about algae problems and the staff understand and recommend solutions. Aquatic plants are beautiful and healthy, and every fish and reptile looks well cared for and happy. The displays are clean, well stocked, and absolutely fantastic for reptiles and fish. The selection of livestock and supplies is great, and the animals have high quality and variety. Prices can be a little high and customer service is not always on point, but the staff remain very informative and super nice. The store offers everything from salt water fish tanks to reptile habits.
This place is amazing! The staff is so knowledgeable, and they have an incredible selection on fish. The reptiles are healthy and well kept. I highly recommend Fish Connection. I’ve been using them for years now, and travel all the way from Pagosa just for their supplies.

The ladies that were working over the weekend were wonderful! They helped us build our Razorback Musk Turtles a new habitat! They help us set us up for success and now the turtles are living their best life!
