Shout out to Shane and Nick in service. They take care of my SkiDoo and Ktm motorbike and do great work. Have had to work though some odd troubleshoots and they're always fair and their wrenches do good work, will probably upgrade my KTM next year and will purchase there, lot to do with good service. Thanks guys!

Service manager supposedly missing in action when confronted about a brand new KTM with engine failure that was purchased here. Also didn't acknowledge the lack of tool kit and dongle that was supposed to come with the bike.

Cool store with lots of toys but I had a bad experience with service. I made an appointment for a break-in service for my KTM. It's a very simple service - oil change, filter, and check the bike over. I told the guys I'd be coming through in the afternoon on my way to Cortez and would call with an ETA that morning, which I did. Long story short, I find myself roaming around in full gear with nowhere to sit and my bike is finally ready an hour and 45 minutes later for a service that should have taken no more than 30 mins. And it was not cheap. On the plus side, the guys were nice and seemed to know what they were doing. A common poster at diners says "You can have it quick, cheap, or good, pick two. I only got one - good.
