My mother-in-law and I came and this is arguably the best pedicure in town. I’ve been to many salons in Durango and so far the experience and outcome has been up to par. The color matched unlike other salons I’ve been to where it will be “Ferrari red” and come out exactly like the color of a traffic cone. It also lasted for a while and I did not have to clarify length or shape during the appointment. My nails grow upwards so it was nice to have them looking dainty but where there is enough nail to work with. I’m on my feet a lot so I appreciated the time they took to make this happen.

Happy people but sloppy service. Old nail polish that never dried and only one person doing two people at a time, skipping steps and rushing us out the door.

I called as soon as I got in town for an appointment and they were going to take me at 9:30 and when I Came they said I never made the appointment and they never attempted to have time for me either. I’ve been here before and they are short of being rude.

My daughter and I walked in for manicures and pedicures. They were very kind and did a quality job. It was a relaxing experience.

I was hesitant to try Happy Nails based on their most recent reviews, but I gave it a try anyway. I got a no-paint manicure and a regular-paint pedicure. Kaven was kind and gentle and gave a great massage during the pedicure.

Don’t go here!!! Especially if you get the one man that works there, immediately walk out!!! I came in with beautiful long nails and he filed them down to nubs with horrible shape. The gel was equally bad, bumpy, didn’t cover my whole nail. I don’t know why he works there.

Worse place ever. 1st and last time for me. Didn't feel like a clean place. The pedi tubs are not lined with a disposable liner. The lady that took care of me had the worse personality even though they don't talk you can still feel it. She sucks at helping with ingrown nails and doesn't know how.to cut the sides of the big toe nails. She was rushing even though I was the only one there at 930am . Then a couple came in , she paints my nails , puts no clear after painting, then I'm sitting there with my feet still up on area and she starts with them. Never tells me she's done. I had to ask am I done?? She then says yes. I had to put my own flip flops back on not knowing if they were dry. TERRIBLE SERVICE! She never even said sorry or even a bye. 😠 😡
NEW UPDATE AND ANOTHER 1 STAR OR LESS IF I COULD.
WENT BACK TODAY , GOT THERE AT 9AM WHEN THEY OPEN AND NO CUSTOMERS JUST THE SAME MISERABLE OLD LADY FOLDING TOWELS. ALL I NEEDED WAS TO REMOVE THE POLISH FROM MY 2 BIG TOES THATS ALL. HER REPLY WAS NO BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THAT THERE. THEY ONLY DO A FULL PEDI. I SAID PLEASE THERE IS NO ONE HERE AND ITS FAST. I HAVE 2 INGROWN NAILS THAT ARE GOING TO BE PROFESSIONALLY TAKEN CARE OF BUT THIS PLACE REQUIRES THE DAY BEFORE TO TAKE OFF GEL POLISH AND GO WITH VERY DRY TOES. SHE SAID NO AGAIN AND IN SUCH A RUDE WAY. WOW! SHE NEEDS AN ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT BIGTIME. NEVER EVER GOING BACK. MEAN MEAN LADY

Not great experience, asked for white French tips did my whole nail in white acrylic. When I said something they didn’t understand my nails were long on one hand short on the other, super bumpy and just not great all around for $65. Would not give my business to this place ever again. The only good side is that it’s a cute place and decently clean.

** If you are diabetic or have a compromised immune system, please don't come here as the equipment, like nail files and clippers, are not cleaned between uses and customers and could easily give you an infection.**
Don't waste your time or money. They're perfectly nice people but honestly, the way I was rushed through the entire process was insane. My nails are chunky, uneven, and a week later I need them fixed and filled because they didn't bother to push back my cuticles even. I regret getting them done here very much. You don't even get what you paid for here because the prices were ridiculous for something I honestly could have done at home myself with a Kiss acrylic nail kit and one hand. I probably would have gotten less acrylic all over my fingers if id done it myself. Just bad bad bad.

I called at 9:56 am. They booked my appointment. When I got to Happy nails. I was told you didn't call this one maybe montrose. I live in Durango. Why would I drive all the way to Montrose. They just pushed me aside. Bad business.

the quality of the products they’re using are just nasty , not lasting and they refuse to give solution & another thing please can you train your staff? this looks like i painted myself.. terrible job
. three days were enough to get the corners of my gel manicure out .. so sad

One person working during business hours. The whole salon is almost empty. Can’t do much just basic nail work. If your from bigger city and expecting to find someone good this might not be the place.
