I didn't stay at this campground, only hiked the Colorado Trail. Beautiful hike in October.Walkability: Easy hike - just watch for the ankle biters.

Nice campground near Durango. Our campsite was great. Clean bathrooms and good drinking water. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We reserved a space here for one night and then couldn't make it. We canceled 24 hours ahead and they still kept the entire amount and only refunded us the tax. Very disappointed. We do our best to honor our commitments, but sometimes things come up and plans change unavoidably. A reasonable deposit being lost wouldn't be so bad but the full amount is unreasonable. We would never stay at this park in the future.

Some sites are spacious and sites are spaced fairly far apart. Camp hosts very accommodating and kept bathrooms clean

Great campground.l and hosts. Very clean. Literally the best vault toilets I've ever seen. They even smelled good! Close access to town and amenities. Pay shower at the laundry mat in town.

Great location within 15-20 minutes of downtown Durango. Stayed in the E loop of the campground which has power. Campground was well maintained and in a very beautiful setting. Lots of hiking trails close.

This multi loop campground has brand new and super clean pit toilets. Each site is tucked away off of the loop and ours was perfectly level. D4 has a fire ring a picnic table, level tent area and a hook. Great location to town and the campsite host was such a nice guy that even allowed us to fill our water tank in our van. The site was even raked! Love this place and location to town. The upper E loop even has electricity to those sites.

I give this campground a 4 only because of the road condition.. It is a dirt drive and in wash board condition all the way.Nearby activities: The Town of Durango is nearby. As are several other historic and senic attractions.

This is a great campground! The spaces are nicely spaced and out of view from your neighbor, close to town and the Colorado trail. But mostly, the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and take extreme pride in the cleanliness of the park. The toilets are seriously cleaner than any restaurants bathrooms. We'll be back!

Gorgeous campground, well maintained, with close bathrooms and water near all sites. It's only about 25 minutes outside Durango, yet feels like you're fully in the

Beautiful, wooded campground set in the San Juan mountains. It’s about 6 miles from Durango. The only reason I’m giving it a four-star’s is because of the gravel road that leads into the campground. It’s very bumpy and rough on the equipment. Spacious site set in the pine trees. Very nice camp post to will direct you to your campsite. There is potable water to fill your RV down at the bottom of the campground before you head up to your site. No dump station at this location.
