The new location and staff is fantastic! The staff were professional, kind, and friendly. I’ve been seen by two different phlebotomists in the past couple weeks and both were lovely. Such a better experience compared to their previous location. It’s also a much faster and more private process at their new location.

My blood test was invalidated due to the sample not being delivered to the lab on time. Super inconvenient seeing as I live 3 hours away and have to get redrawn again. The phlebotomist that did the draw was very nice though.

I too have had a few bad experiences here, but not today. Pauletta was friendly, timely, and professional. I hope they keep it up!
