My initial experience was wonderful, see my initial review below.
I changed my review to 1 star after I paid the full amount for my lab work (in order to initially schedule the test) and later discovered that labcorp also billed my insurance company and a copay again for the full amount. I was fully billed $486 for my lab tests and then labcorp billed my insurance company $492 for those same test that I paid in full.
This company is double billing, for tests that I independently scheduled through their website. They are running a scam. I have emailed, and spoken to many individuals at the company, and they simply are committing fraud.
My initial review of the lab work experience:
Was scared bc of some of the other reviews, but had an excellent experience with the nurse who has drawn blood for 19 years. I barely felt the needle, and did 5 separate tests and it was over before I knew it. Very happy with the skills of the nurse, I think her name was Lesly. This review is coming from a guy who is terrified of needles, doctors, blood etc. Very happy, painless experience.

I've been sitting for an hr and a half. Every seat in the waiting room is full and it took 30 min between 2 people. Not sure what is going on back there but 2 hrs to take blood seams a bit much.

Rude and understaffed. Make sure to budget twice as much time as you think you'll need.

I am still awaiting results from a blood draw two weeks ago. Phone calls each day do nut connect. Did they just leave town?

Yikes - that’s all I can sum up the experience as. The directions to this place have you go through the mall parking lot - just so you know, you can’t enter that way. Gotta go by the movie theater first. I get there and check in, there are not enough chairs for everyone to sit. The lady at the desk, seemed overwhelmed and like she hated her job. I had my lab request paperwork and she gave big sighs each time she had to input something into her computer. My lab tech seemed annoyed but I spoke to her and told her she was great and that seemed to turn her day around. If you can go somewhere else, I’d recommend it.

They act like they are doing you a favor if they do their job and they did not post my latest results to their portal. In other words labcorp sucks

Woefully understaffed. Don't answer phone. Phone message gives incorrect address. Staff say they can't correct this and have no manager. New location is barren. Sad service.

I was terrified after reading the reviews of going to this place. I sometimes pass out when I get blood drawn and I leave if they don't get my veins on the first shot (they are big enough where they can). The girl at the front desk who also drew my blood seemed a bit overwhelmed but was super polite and did a great job checking me in. She was one of the best phlebotomists I have ever had. She was kind, quick and I didn't even feel it. I didn't even have a bruise or mark where she put the needle in. I left healthcare after 30 years because patients were mean to health care workers and with people leaving health care in droves most places are understaffed and for being the only person I saw in there working I give her a lot of credit for doing so well when it was so busy. My results were back in less than 24 hours for the quicker ones and some of them take longer to process but I had a wonderful experience here.

I was very disappointed with my first (and last) experience in the office… Both of the women were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was very little communication and I do not recommend this facility, if you can avoid it!

We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm, but when we arrived, we were informed that they had plumbing issues and would be closing at 3pm. While I understand that the plumbing problem was beyond their control, a heads-up would have been appreciated—especially since we drove 30 minutes each way for the appointment.

They never shared blood results from a blood drawn a month ago— glad the person did not die.

I’ve been here 5-6 times in the last couple years and they are always understaffed. If you can make an appointment I recommend making it for as early in the day as you can get there, because the wait gets longer as the day goes on, even if you have an appointment. And if you’ve ever had anyone struggle to draw blood from you, I recommend trying another lab entirely if at all possible (eg the hospital system, I’ve had much better luck there)—at this labcorp location I have a rough experience every single time. They’re perfectly nice and I understand it’s a tough job, but I simply would prefer not to have to be stuck multiple times and/or by multiple phlebotomists every time I have to have lab work done.

I have been there 3 times now over an 18 month period. All 3 times have been a good experience. The phlebotomist there..is very good.
