I built a custom home here in Durango seven years ago. My AV system had not worked properly for all those years.
I got in contact with Jeremiah at Louisa‘s.. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable.
He came in, took out all of the components that were previously installed and put in a different system.
For the first time since I built my home, I’m able to turn on the TV or listen to music, dependably and with a quality of sound that should have been there from the beginning.
Do not look anywhere else. This is the one and only place in Durango to have the highest quality equipment installed by the most professional and technically savvy people in town.

You just can't beat the combo of excellent planning, great customer service, follow-up support, and top-notch products at Louisa's! We used them for a variety of needs in our home - Lutron shades, TV/sound system, and security. 18 months later, they stand behind their products, provide quick and friendly service, and everything is working wonderfully. They even helped to provide solutions to some low-voltage wiring issues with a system they did not install. Trust in the expert team there, you won't be disappointed!

Love this place, and so happy to support local. I’ve bought 2 TV’s from Louisa’s since moving to Durango, very happy with both of them, the install, service, etc. The team is knowledgeable and the prices are also good - no reason to travel to Best Buy etc. (or order online) because the prices will be just as good here. Special shout out to Luke and Daniel who handled both of my sales and installs.

After discussing our plans with several local electronics’ providers we selected Louisa’s to help design and install our home entertainment/security/climate/lighting system (ELAN) during the construction of our home in 2012/2013. We were very pleased with the guidance and support provided during the design and installation process but have been super impressed with the support and upgrade recommendations from Don and his team during the last 9 years.Don or one of the staff is always available to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise. These guys are awesome! We just bought our new house and they did the install on they home automation systems. I asked them to show me how to use it and add a camera and install a large TV for the great room. Buy local and you get great service too! I highly recommend Louisa's.

Outstanding service,, expertise, and value with a local flair. This is your go to place to obtain residential and commercial smart technology solutions. We recently relocated to Durango and we needed to transition the existing security system (Elan) to include video monitoring. Dusty was outstanding with serving our needs and as per my request offered consultation so that we can expand my system with required audio / visual equipment. We enjoy home automation and music and have utilized several systems iin previous homes. The solution as well as the existing system is exceeding our expectations.
