I recently had my SUV in to Morehart body shop to get hail damage repair. I took my car in to get a pre inspection and notified them that the windshield had received a chip from the hail and now had spread into a crack. I then waited for Morehart to call me and then I took my car in to get repaired. I waited until I was called to come get my car and when I showed up to pick it up I noticed immediately that the clear coat on the hood and front bumper was not repaired. I then went to talk with Anthony and he would not come out to talk to me and look at the car. He instead sent a female worker out and she began to gaslight about the damage saying it was rock chips not hail that damaged my car. I called Anthony on the phone and he claims that clear coat can not be damaged by hail and he refused to replace the windshield. He tried to talk down to me and kept doubling down that he can tell the difference between rock and hail chips in windshields. So my car looks terrible and is not fixed to what it looked like before the hail damage. I would definitely not recommend Morehart to anyone.

STAY AWAY. My Car got hit by a deer early November. Brought it in for an estimate and they said that They would be able to start repairs early january. That was a massive lie. When I called mid january to ask about the status they said another couple months..... I could have had it repaired by now at many other body shops in Durango. Dont make the mistake I made. Listen to the reviews for this place. They are bold faced liars who do not care about you and only care about making money. Find anyone else besides these crooks

I suggest trying to get your body repairs done at Doug’s, not here at Morehart. I try to never leave negative reviews but I have to say I am disappointed in how my truck’s repair was handled. There was a very long wait for parts to come in, I think it was about five months. That was frustrating, especially the lack of communication, but I would have let it go. However, after the repairs were made, the backup camera was replaced with a much lower resolution camera, and the screen was damaged by some kind of solvent. I tried to address these problems with management but they said it was identical to New vehicles. It’s not. I have four vehicles with backup cameras and it looks worse than all of them. Plus the screen is clearly damaged with permanent streaks. If management contacts me to replace the camera and screen, I will update this review. But it’s been over a month since I last contacted them about this, so I am not expecting anything. This is for the 2023 Nissan Frontier damaged in a rear end collision last fall and repaired this spring.

Not dog friendly wouldn't lend me the loaner vehicle because I had dogs.Couldn't get the recall on the airbags completed. Very disappointed thought Durango was dog country. I guess to them, dog hair is more important than your life safety!!

They have one person working estimates no one to help him schedule or help him at all it took a week just for him to look at my estimate and tell me my parts weren’t go to be here for 3 weeks.Ordering parts is fine but when I’m leaving messages and wanting responses and I’m not getting any that’s not cool. Take your business elsewhere.

Dwayne was as professional and friendly as you would “hope” to find at any business but rarely do. After having a very poor experience at another Durango body shop for a very large Insurance repair of my truck, sadly I had to find another body shop that would fix problems from the original job. Dwayne and his body shop were professional from start to finish. Great communication, did what they said they were going to do, and completed the repair in exactly the time they said it would take. After hitting a deer, I took my truck to Morehart Murphy for repairs. They were very friendly, communicated well and were able to get my truck in sooner than most other shops in town.My hood, fender and bumper were damaged, one headlight assembly was completely wiped out. They replaced the bumper, the headlight assembly and removed the dents from the hood and bumper. Of course they also repainted the damaged areas.When I picked my truck up I found there were a lot of swirl marks under the paint from the sanding (prior to painting) and a little running. I took my truck back the following Monday and got it back Thursday or Friday evening. They fixed most of it at this point but I found more sanding marks around my headlight assembly and had to take it back again (this time it was only a 2 day turn around) .Had they inspected their work and made sure it was done right the first time, this would easily be a five star review. The final product turned out great and the customer service was great.Services: Painting
