This store is awful. I cannot find anything ever. Never have small or medium. Never have womans cotton shirts.....just men's??? Prices are too high on the items they have in small and medium. Do not carry bras or underwear. Even the children's clothing is over priced.

As soon as I entered this store, I greeted nicely. The young lady, as if I needed help or if she could me find something. I told her a white top. She led me around the store, showing me various tops. She was very friendly. It was like night and day customer service experience.

The deals on kids clothes help save so much. Clearance rack saves the wallet.

Durango old navy, I always enjoyed the service, but this most recent was awful, rude this native or ethnic treated me terrible, I just needed to do a return , I had order the size I needed on line. The female looked and treated me like dirt. I asked for manger to help me. She stood behind manger giving looks toward me that were awful. I left that store hostel and negative… if I did this at my job I would be written up or fired.

I have a card with them and am a loyal customer but when I walked in I was looking for pixie pants and slacks and the girl at the register was not helpful at all. I was told by a different employee they could Honor the online price for me. The cashier was being a pain in the butt. You would think they would try and help you but she made the experience so difficult. I was being extremely nice and patient but she just did not want to help. They need to train their girls to make sure their customers have a great shopping experience so we come back. The girl was a native girl with glasses and looked younger.

I tried shopping here because they had some nice basic stuff but everything fit a bit weird and one hoodie I really wanted to get..the pockets were literally an inch off center, another looked like it was designed for a pot belly. Another plaid hoodie had too short of sleeves. I managed to get some leggings but returned the others.
