We just stopped by the store today and we received the same horrible treatment as many other customers. This lady was following me and my family all over the place. The situation was very uncomfortable and we just left. This employee has no manners... the lady had grey hair and in her late 60's or 70's... so rude... by the way I was ready to buy two leather jackets, one for me and one for my husband...

Traveling from Ft. Collins——My wife and I went to the Durango Overland store this pass week and found really nice things! The sales associate Vadra Doser was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy. She helped us with a cool suede vest for myself and unbelievable jacket for my wife! We even came back the next day to see her again to get some real cool slippers with great arch support! Every thing is well made and made with quality in mind. This is a great store with exceptional people, like Vadra!! Thank You. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came to Durango for the four corners motorcycle rally. Had been wanting to go to an overland store for a while, so I took the opportunity to check it out. Faith helped my wife and I, giving us the 411 on new products. I settled on a shirt that they didn't have my size in stock. Faith went to the computer, found one, and had it shipped to my house. The package arrived a few days after we got home. The shirt was packaged and wrapped beautifully. Thank you for the great service.

I drove all the way from Albuquerque, NM in hopes to find some suggested merchandise. While browsing, the sales associate followed my mother, daughter and I as we tried to shop. We felt very discriminated to where our shopping experience was beginning to be very uncomfortable. Then, she actually followed us out the door as we left! We noticed a couple of ladies entered after us, and she didn't bother to escort them around the store. Very disappointed. Management should be aware of how their associates treat customers. This turns away potential business.

Have purchased a few things from Overland (online) in the past and when I saw the store, decided to pop in. There is a coat, online, that I have had my eye on so thought I'd try it on to see how it fit.
When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a person who sized me up and then indicated where the sale items were. She further commented that I can try anything on because it's fun to come into stores like this and try things on. ??? I didn't feel like I was dressed shabbily and I was freshly showered so was a bit taken aback by the comments. Perhaps, that is the way they make their sales, some kind of reverse psychology to make a person feel inferior so that they'll get mad enough and purchase something???
Needless to say, I didn't try on the coat and made my way out of the store. After that experience, I have a bit of a bad taste in my mouth regarding Overland.

This is my first experience with overland sheep co and it was excellent! Carlotta was very helpful and fun!! She was very knowledgeable. We bought an area rug and I tried on coats. I had a great time finding the right coat for me. Definitely buying one now!

A pricey store but the items are all great quality and they have wonderful customer service and return policies. Just bring your credit cards with you!

We visited this store recently and had a negative experience with the staff. One of the workers was quite rude to my wife, which is unfortunate as she was quite fond of some of the products. I feel like we didn't "look wealthy" and maybe that's why. I'm afraid we wont be back.

Tracy is AMAZING! I have been a customer of this Overland Sheep Skin store in Durango for several years and each time I visit, Tracy is phenomenal. Tracy puts a smile on my face, helps me find the stores great products and I truly feel the great energy of this store!
