Now imagine the opposite. You’re at The Mail Room. You don’t remember waiting in line. You’re talking to Sterling, or Fernando, or Alyssa. They tell you the cheapest shipping option between UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc. and ask you how your day was while they tape up your package. You’ll never go back to the post office.”
