So. No problems ever. Been going since before it got burned down . Been all over the country so I know what's up. This morning I walk in dude up front is cool . Got in, had the most incompetent bud tender ever. Not the first time. This guy has no clue on any strains at all ... Nothing. Was he a dude that spare changed at natural crickets. This lame had no idea at all . I said it should I say politely asked him if he could check on lineage of a couple strains I had interest in. It looked like he didn't even bother doing a simple google search. I'm on to him ask couple more said that I had no problems with bud tenders searching and giving advice. It was obvious he was getting frustrated. This isn 7 11nor manna kitchen. Do then goes see here shows all the terrornes. I said that's not what I'm asking . I can feel his uninformed frustration. Said so what do you want .. I then decided to start looking for what he couldn't do. I was already late now I have to search on my own cuz this idiot is clueless. Luckily kind miss took over answered all my questions without a problem. I'm so glad she intervened. Other wise I'd be there for hours. This dude doesn't seem to like me either. I don't know him he don't know me but when I get this guy he's always..... Not cool. I guess he doesn't like certain kinds of people maybe because he's not like certain people. I don't know. Today was bad. Missed my appointment. This guy just had no clue or cared. I don't know the chicks name she was awesome. If I see this guy again I'm turning right around plenty shops here. I'm letting my people know what went down and if they had a similar experience with this guy

Staff is always friendly but the other night when I was in a pinch I tried to get there before they closed, and they closed early when I rushed there with 5 minutes to spare.

Budtenders were so high I couldn't get reasonable customer service when asking basic questions about concentrates... walked out empty handed, only spend money places I feel respected

The product good but the budtenders dont know left from right. Ask for something good for sleep they give u they highest satuva, they need knowledge and dont hire people with that knowledge

This is my top go-to dispensaries in town. I've never had a bad experience with the staff, they've always been incredibly helpful and the vibe is there as soon as you walk in. They're not weed snobs, and I feel like I'm along friends whenever I go. Prices are great and the quality is amazing. 10/10 just go here. They're easy to find.
