When shopping for a hearth stone for our new fireplace, we went to several store in and around Durango. When we finally stopped at Rock Solid Custom Granite our decision was make in about 20 minutes. Not only did they have a great selection of products but the customer service was over the top. Jake helped us find the perfect piece of granite and advised us the best way to create exactly what we had in mind for our project. We highly recommend Rock Solid Custom Granite.

There is a reason Rock Solid is voted the best in Durango for countertops. They offer THE best in service & quality. So professional every step of the way. Unfortunately, I went with concrete countertops in my kitchen remodel. It was a total disaster. If you’re thinking of going this route - don’t! Go to Rock Solid & you will be so happy with the outcome. Everyone there is so friendly & nice & they really care about their customers & making sure you’re totally happy with the final product. Can’t say enough good things about them. Going to use them for my bathrooms too. Love these guys!!!

Initially we couldn’t find the color granite we were looking for. Jake said he could get what we wanted. He did, in fact find the perfect granite. He held onto it until we were ready to have it installed, because we were under construction, it was delayed. They were fantastic to work with and did an outstanding job on our kitchen. They put left over granite on our windowsills. Looks so good! Very happy with their work. Highly recommend Jake & Millie.

You will not find a better business in this town, in this state, or probably anywhere then this one right here! Jake and Millie run an amazing operation and expect nothing less from their crew that does the install. Let me just say, after having worked on many jobsites alongside Rock Solid, and having them do my own kitchen counters; I would never send anyone, anywhere else for the services they provide! Thanks again Jake and Millie!

Rock Solid in my opinion is the best in the business! Jake and Millie are so friendly and helpful! They were so patient with me and helped me find the perfect slab for my bathroom vanity. My wife and I decided to remodel our bathroom and chose Rock Solid for the granite part of it. The owner was absolutely great, walked us through the different granite and kept us in our budget with what we thought was absolutely beautiful granite. The man who came out to do the measuring was very professional and had a great personality. The installers made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
