Such a sad situation when it rains in Durango. This store had showers pouring inside the store. Instead of closing and letting customers know they are NOT helping customers due to an emergency situation, the bald headed lady was the rudest unkind sales person on planet earth. Yelling at me “the customer looking for a cashier” that, I need to just wait as they are having an emergency! I am soooo sorry that as a CUSTOMER of your store, I thought that maybe one of the seven of you could tend to customers after they wasted so much time looking through your merchandise. That store manager really needs to understand that customers are why they even have jobs in the first place!! There are OTHER shoe stores in Durango. I will never see YOU again!!! ???

The best place in town to shop for shoes. Great customer service. If not in stock they will order the shoes for you. The staff is always busy working the shoes and will stop and help customers find what they’re looking for. I recommend this store to everyone. The store manager is absolutely a blast to talk to. Always friendly and willing to help.

I shop there only cuz is the only shoe store in Durango but some of the workers are kinda rude. The follow u around and it makes u feel uncomfortable. They stare at you for some reason like your stealing or something. They don't give u a chance to look around before they are on you

Never had a problem with this store and I’ve been going for years. Everyone giving bad reviews has either never worked retail or are intentionally rude to try and get a rise out of the workers just so they can complain. Either way, I will always recommend going here for shoes.

The best place in town to shop for shoes. Great customer service. If not in stock they will order the shoes for you. I would rate this place far lower if I could. I went in with my wife to buy her several pairs of shoes. But when we wanted to try on both shoes they said " we can't give you both shoes because people steal them" . I will never go back to this horrible business. Terrible!

Love shoe department. it is one of my favorite places to purchase shoes they always have a great selection and they have some really cool kicks. The prices are decent and you can get some really good sales. I highly recommend going to shoe department when you want some new kicks

Bought a dud pair of shoes from them that were missing stitches and they refused to return them or exchange! Do not shop here.

My wife and I went to look for shoes, 6 workers on sight. Just standing around laughing and chatting with one another. We didn’t receive no help! My wife had to walk up all the workers and ask for shoes in a different size and asked if there was anymore shoe stores in the area, surprisingly the manger lady gave attitude and walked off. The rest of the workers were trying to laugh about how my wife was needing help cause she wasn’t sure if they were having a meeting ,and she didn’t want to interrupt. More customers came in and yet they walked out cause there was no help. Never going back. Better customer service would be great!

I've seen better sales training in gas stations. The staff never cares if anyone is in there. They never offer to help find anything and if you happen to hunt one down and ask for something in a certain size, they never offer to order it for you, they just tell you, "Is it's not on the shelf, we don't be it in stock."Walking in here is like walking into a "lazy people" zoo. You can stand there and observe their laziness for as long as you want to, completely unnoticed. Pathetic
