They are always really nice and professional but I can usually barely make it there before they close because of my schedule. I made it there two minutes before close and they wouldn't let me in for just two things. This has happened a couple of times where they close a bit early. Its so frustrating! Help a sister out:)

Unfortunately, same experience as a previous reviewer. Arrived just after 4:00pm on a Wednesday, based on posted web hours, thinking they were open until 5:00pm. They have adjusted their hours on front door, but not on the web. :(

I've been a hairdresser / Salon owner, instructor, Manager of big chain hairsalons since 1985. I Have been licensed in 5 different states, they rank as far as professionalism , friendliness, knowledge of products and just a caring staff one of the top professional supply shops, they treat you with kindness, if they are out of what I need they always order or call Farmington store. I'm now retired/ disabled, I still try to do a few friends And family's hair when I'm able, the staff has always kept me updated on the newest products, trends ect. I feel they truly care about each and every Customer it's nice to have a State Beauty here in Durango I want to thank all staff for making me feel welcome , every staff member past and present have been so nice to me, you don't get this quality of service, in my experience in the big cities .Thank you for all your help and just being kind to me , I always look forward going to Durango State Beauty Supply , they treat you like family 💆💇💅 Sincerely, Shari Rucker

Their business listing on Google says they're open until 4pm on Saturday, so I drove all the way out here only to learn that information is incorrect and these folks haven't made it a priority to update it.
