The Smiley Building in Durango, Colorado is a multi-purpose building in downtown Durango. Office space, studio space, a cafe, 2 schools and several apartments make up the Smiley Building community. The Smiley Building is also 100% self sustaining - using solar and ground source heat pumps to be 100% carbon free.

Love The Smiley Building! It’s a wonderful resource for Durango. The building was masterfully remodeled from a school into a collaborative and creative space for the city. It’s an amazing aesthetic and the space has a beautiful energy.
