“While traveling cross country (Oregon to Florida), we were approaching Durango, CO when our Ford F-350 AC became intermittent. We called half-dozen auto repair shops there, all of which were booked 3 weeks out! We finally called McNeal’s Automotive, and owner John worked us in the next morning at 8am. We had tickets for the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge RR train ride. Employee Joseph offered to give me a ride to the train station after I dropped off the truck, and then to drop it back there after they fixed it. This was incredible customer support in a day and age when it’s so hard to find. I’m sure McNeal’s was booked like the rest of them, but he made time for us. We are so grateful. “Always honest service. I take my truck in twice a year and tell them to start at the front bumper, go thru it and fix everything that needs fixing, fill everything that needs filling and change everything that needs changing and when they get to the back bumper, stop.They do and then I drive home.”
