Melissa is so very patient and went above and beyond her duty. She kindly let me sort through my qr codes and returns. I have had amazing experiences here returning items and shipping items. All of the employees I have dealt with at this location are polite, professional and patient.

Trying to do Amazon returns where I
Selected ups drop off, no box and no label required. This location stated their policy is that items need to be in a shipping box, although Amazon app said I did not. Staff was zero help. I would give zero stars if I could.

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to Melissa at this particular location for her exceptional service. She went above and beyond by carefully packaging my golf clubs during shipping. I utilized Ship Sticks; however, Jay personally boxed and packaged my golf clubs and demonstrated remarkable attention to detail in packaging. She even contacted me via phone once the package was securely prepared and confirmed its arrival at my residence in Boerne, Texas. I was genuinely impressed by the meticulousness and care she demonstrated, especially considering the high value of my clubs. She took extra time to ensure they were appropriately protected within the box. Melissa, thank you very much for your outstanding service. Lastly, Jay, thank you for your kind greeting upon entering. A Team!
As I move to Durango, I look forward to using your location many more times.

This place is able to answer questions regarding USPS services. Can't get USPS on phone anymore. You can also do items like priority/express mail here instead of PO.

I had 2 returns to Amazon with QR codes, no labels and no boxes. The process was so quick and efficient. I was in and out in less then 2 minutes. Great experience!

So sad! Used to have nice people working there once upon a time. Walked into an empty store and not one but two workers totally ignore me for an awkward amount of time lol.. kids these days don’t know how to say hi we will help you in a sec? I felt like I was bothering them, sheesh.

This location refuses Amazon returns for various claimed reasons. I brought a package in, still in original manufacturers packaging for a return - no excessive labels, taped and packaged correct, per UPS/Amazon return policies, etc. Customer service representative said BECAUSE it was manufacturers packaging they would not accept it and I had to purchase packing supplies from this store.
This store does NOT adhere to UPS standards of service.

Update: Amazon directions were followed enough. Response provided to this feedback did not address this UPS store's failure to adhere to the contractual agreement.
Of note in news, UPS [not local store] is looking to slash about 20,000 jobs and close more than 70 facilities as it drastically reduces the amount of Amazon shipments it handles.
