“I came in with one mission: to check out that Lexus GX460. This wasn’t a window-shopping situation. I’ve been rolling in my 2003 GX470 for the last 8 years. We’ve shared road trips, snowstorms, floods of dog drool, and a couple of suspicious dashboard lights I chose to ignore. But when the alternator decided to purge itself like ejecto seato, cuz, I figured the universe was hinting it was time to upgrade.

So I pulled into the dealership ready for the usual awkward sales dance. Instead, I met Andrew Footlik (I'll refrain from the name jokes), equal parts chill, knowledgeable, and refreshingly non-pushy. He showed me the Lexus like a proud matchmaker introducing me to my next long-term commitment. I could already feel my GX470 in the distance, nodding in approval like a retired samurai passing down the sword.

Then comes Alec, the manager. You know when someone walks into the room and you can feel the “I’ve got authority but I’ll still fist bump you if the vibes are right”? That’s Alec. Professional, efficient, and didn’t make me feel like I was negotiating peace talks at the U.N. He closed the deal like a boss. A Lexus boss.

By the end of it, I wasn’t just leaving with a car, I was leaving with a story. A luxurious, smooth, GX460 story that smells like success leather conditioner and many more memories per gallon.

Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I recommend them? Yes, unless you were planning on buying the last GX460. In that case, don’t even think about it. It’s mine.”
