Went to open a new account after being highly disappointed with my old bank. The entire staff is amazing and very welcoming and professional. Colby was great in helping me get my account all set up: and was able to explain the account type and answer my questions. 5 stars across the board. Glad I made the switch to Vectra!

I needed a bank more personal for my business. I met with David Bratcher and haven’t looked back. Any time I need something, David either answers or calls back extremely promptly. A+

i went to change 2 $10 bills for quarters.. i was told i wouldnt be helped if i didnt have an account here.. never going to step inside this bank again..

Good place to bank but the window can take up to twenty minutes to make a deposit with two cars in the lanes.... I’ve found that pretty standard here.

Terrible customer service. Wouldn't take my 10 and turn it into a roll of quarters because I didn't have an account there. Even though every other bank in town does it. Would never open an account there.
