Lester was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, funny, not to mention very patient when I was scrambling to remember my Apple ID. In a time when so many service establishments are struggling to find employees who are engaging and truly helpful, Lester is a unicorn. He deserves a raise or a promotion.

Lester has been wonderful transferring photos from my old 8 year old to new phone and old tablet and new tablet. He should receive all the acalades possible as I was terribly afraid of a new set of phone and tablets. I'm am a senior lady and very greatful for Lester's kind help.
