We had the privilege to work with Tyson and he was incredible and very professional, he definitely made our experience nice with zero stress or confusion because he explained so well and was detailed and knowledgeable. He also had to multitask between 3-5 different customers and did some an amazing job. We were very impressed and give our experience with him five stars for sure! Thanks again!

I recently had to upgrade my very old phone and Devon was such a huge help through the whole process. I ended up getting my daughter's phone upgraded and was able to get a new watch and i-pad. He made everything so easy and painless. He was very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions. I highly recommend if you need to go upgrade your phone you call and schedule an appointment with Devon!

I had a great experience dealing with Devon! He answered all my questions, got me updated to a new iphone 14 with a trade-in that I wasn’t even aware l was eligible for. He talked me thru all my options - wasn’t pushy & trying to up-sale me on products. He gave me time to process what I wanted & needed for the new phone, making some good suggestions. He was very patient & conversational while transferring info from one phone to another. I have now referred family to him. Thanks Devon!

Waste of time. Took me 30 minutes to pick up a phone I had already ordered online. If you want to waste a lot of your time, this is the place to go.

Manager Devon and Associate Jordan went way above and beyond my expectations as a customer. They answered all questions and helped me with new phones for my 14 yo twins. I even left my daughter with them while I stepped out and they were so polite. They worked on our phones for over an hour after closing. Thanks so much! I highly recommend this store.
