The only Walmart I've ever been to that didn't have bags... and cashier wouldn't sell us an item because it was to big of a hassle to change from self check out to her cash register.

True Confession - I am as guilty as many of you of making Walmart the punchline in casual jokes. Fast Forward to yesterday when I am on vacation, looking like I have been Camping for a few days (hoping I don't end up on a photo site of Walmart Customers...haha) and I find a Walmart "near you". So I stumble into the Optical Center with my 3 year old and her broken glasses.Awesome service, friendly staff and very kind to my kiddo while the glasses are Fixed and she can actually SEE again! Walmart Optical in Durango CO Saved Our Vacation.

Id like to tell you about my hero Snow. I was waiting for my pickup and opened my glove box only to find 4 mice! I'm terrified of mice.... Snow show up with my groceries and volunteers to help. Talk about above and beyond! I was so impressed with this young man. I went from hysterical to calm. That's what I call customer service.

Went to drop off a prescription, after 30 minutes of waiting around the store they informed me they could not approve it til the spoke to my vet! This was at 10am, around noon they called and informed me they had a supplement they could use since they didn't have what the doctor had prescribed!Around 2pm I called them because I didn't have an update, they told me I had to go back to the vet to get another written prescription!!! No phone call, no heads up, half my day wasted! Now I'm running around trying to get this emergency prescription filled because they lacked on relaying any info to me in regards! I'd give 0 stars if that was an option!

Thanks for selling junk made in China that fails then refusing to let me return it... (just past 90 days). Fire up the internet boys, UPS delivers!If anybody reads this- don't buy the external batteries they sell for charging phones, they are 100% junk!

Went in to buy tires,and get one fixed. Worst experience ever. They wouldn't fix the tire that was still under warranty, but had already started on the new ones. I was the only one there and it was still over an hour and a half. When they finally wrote up the ticket they had undercharged me by over sixty dollars. I brought it to their attention and they finally had to get a manager to fix it. I mentioned that they were lucky I was honest and the cashier said I was a liar and he had caught the mistake. Never again.

Drove an hour to get a laptop, said there was 1 in stock on the app. Apparently it's the display model and they won't sell that one. Gave me no help to look at a similar one around the same price or offered a discount.Only 1 person working in the entire electrics section, horrible customer service.

I hate writing bad reviews. I work in the service industry and completely understand how difficult it can be to work in customer service, especially during the times of Covid. However, I was actually shocked by my visit to Walmart this morning. I accidentally walked in the wrong door. The door I walked in said "welcome" and I am on vacation and quite relaxed so I walked through it. Apparently this was the exit. I was made aware of this when the door attendant said "you want to try walking in the right door next time?". I understand that part of her job is to direct people to the right area and at times it is probably frustrating when people walk in the wrong door. It would have been far more appropriate for her to politely let me know that I had used the wrong door instead of making such a rude and necessary remark. I have been in customer service and management for quite some time and I would never dream of saying that to a customer. It was incredibly hostile and unnecessary.
