Alpine Bank has excellent customer service. They are willing to take the time needed to solve your problem. Every time I call it takes only one ring before someone answers and helps. We have been banking with them for at least ten years and have never had a problem. We have both business and personal accounts with them.

I have business and personal accounts at Alpine Bank. I especially like the Saturday hours and also the early & late drive-up hours for my business and my clients who need to do banking before and after work. Thank you for keeping customer service and convenience first!

I use them for my checking accounts and they are very responsive when I have questions or when I need a service like a cashiers check. Very friendly staff. They also are generous with the donating to our community. I was a teacher in the valley for decades and I think they said "yes" every time the students asked for help.

My teenage son set up his first account with Alpine Bank. When he received his first statement it reflected a $3/month paper statement fee. (never verbally told this when the account was opened). When we tried to enroll in e-statements we received a message that the unique login credentials were invalid. I called the customer service number and after holding for 20 minutes was told we couldn't change that option on the phone. We've tried to login and/or enroll a number of times but each time have received error messages. I called again today and reached someone (again, after about a 20 minute hold period) and was informed the email address they have on file was one of my email accounts that had been closed over 10 years ago....definately not provided to the bank when we opened this account. The lady that opened this account for us obviously forgot to obtain an e-mail address and just decided to use one from an account of mine set up 15 years ago. He has been charged over 18 months of $3 fees and is still unable to enroll to make the change online. Our only choice seems to be to withdraw the money he has saved and close the account. He could have been a customer for the next 70 years!
