Not responsive, don't answer calls or texts after about 4 pm and never on weekends even if a job is scheduled for the next day, or if they are late they don't bother to call. They are disorganized when they arrive without bringing supplies, fail to provide the customer with necessary insurance documents despite repeated demands, don't give updates on what day the deliveries will be made, etc, and basically close shop when they take your stuff. Would never use again and would never recommend. I hope Aspen and Eagle customers wise up about them. Awful

I had been working with Pat a few weeks before I picked up my popup camper, so that I'd have a spot for it when I got back in to town. He had a great spot for me and I was able to park it right away. I am even considering a storage bin on his property now because of how low the latest are. Great staff that explained it all. They even greeted me when I pulled in. It felt so great to be back home!

We used Columbine to move us across the country from CO to OH. We evaluated 3 different moving companies in the valley and chose Columbine. They estimated our move accurately and the local movers did an outstanding job loading all of our belongings in a single day. Everyone we worked with at Columbine and the crew who drove our things across the country was kind and acted in a professional manner. We even got a rebate check after the move was complete.

I am nothing short of appalled at how Columbine and Allied treated me as a client. Firstly, it was nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone to get answers to my questions--this was true from day 1. The only way I was able to make any headway was to go directly to the owner (who continued to pass the buck back down the food chain after a while). I placed my belongings in storage until I could secure a new place to live, and after I released my belongings to be delivered it took another 10 days for my things to be picked--and even then they sent a truck that wouldn't hold all of my things. It took WEEKS after the promised delivery window for me to finally have all of my things. When I asked what I would be compensated for the trouble of having to piece my life together due to their negligence and poor planning, I couldn't get a response! The Columbine rep once again passed the buck to corporate, saying any claims had to go through them, but corporate gave me the run around, too. Nobody has called to speak to me, despite MULTIPLE calls and emails requesting to speak to a manager or someone in charge. They obviously do not care one iota about trying to keep me as a client or correct their wrongs, or indeed, even apologize for them. The bottom line: I have never been treated worse by a company, and there's not enough money in the world to ever make me use Columbine or Allied ever again--and I'm making sure to tell everyone I know to do the same.

Columbine estimated my move from Aspen to Santa Barbara quite accurately. The crew packed most of my goods and carefully loaded my furnishings on their truck for the trip to CA. Everything arrived intact except for 2 damaged items which they had repaired in a timely manner. It was a job well done.
