I was denied a car loan because I had an existing car loan, even though I was planning to sell that car once I got the new one. I got a loan through another lender without issue.When shopping for mortgages I was quoted a rate based on my credit score and asked to sign documents locking in that rate early on in the process. Another lender made a couple of suggestions to improve my score less than 20 points and gave me a lower rate, saving me more than $75,000 over the life of the loan.Their mobile app shows an available balance that doesn't reflect pending charges already listed on the app, unlike every other banking app I use, resulting in overdraft fees.I'm embarrassed I kept my account open as long as I did.

Very poor upper management who is extremely lacking in management training and human resource training and education. Employees are treated poorly and last year upper management decided to take away almost half of each employee's earned incentives one quarter.Very low budget bank with a few low quality employees of poor character like Lesdi Chacon Ruiz. Very inefficient processes and poor technology on the back end making it tedious for employees to perform the simplest of tasks. Very poor training for employees with some not receiving any job specific training until a year or two after they have already been in those jobs or have been using certain applications.

My husband and I switched our business banking to Colorado Banks of Colorado last fall. I'm so glad I did. They have been the best bank, so helpful and great personal service. I would recommend Margaret, Neil and the rest of the staff to anyone looking for a great bank.

Lied about overdraft protection. They will let your account go many of hundreds negative and do nothing to notify. Then out right steal what money you have when your coming to deposit it and just finding out about being over drafted a week later....They will do nothing to fix the problem but want even more money

As an employee of Community Banks of Colorado both the Eagle and Avon Banking Centers I want to say I LOVE this company. They serve the community with time paid for volunteerism and to also help our community with financial classes and events held in the banking centers to teach how you can save money, buy your first home or learn about great community projects like Holy Cross Solar and the Free LED lightbulbs offered at the banking centers. I am proud to represent this brand!

This is a terrible place to bank with. My direct deposit information didn't work and instead of looking into it she gave me the same information to give to my employer again. It obviously still didn't work. They charged me two over draft fees for the same situation. The online banking app is never accurate which can cause you to overdraft.
