Unfortunately, Copy Plus did not honor their word. On March 3 when I was personally in the store, an employee gave me a price quote of $75 no extra fees for my project. When I emailed them again on March 17 with the price quote, they printed my project but then said the price would cost more than double the total they gave me two weeks earlier. I’m sadly disappointed with this local business, especially after having such a positive initial experience with the first employee. It was unfortunate that they couldn’t honor the price they gave me initially which was within my budget to work with. I will not be recommending this business to anyone.

I made an appt to get my fingerprints done for my job. I showed up a few minutes late, of those few minutes the lady behind the counter was talking to someone else, not business related. She said she couldn't get into the system, even though she could see my name. There was no one else in the place besides her daughter. She said I was late and refused to do my fingerprints or refund my money.

I'm so impressed with the new staff at Copy Plus! Kelly and her crew seem to always be able to accommodate my last-minute projects, regardless of how busy they are. I won't always expect it, but it sure is refreshing to get my projects done with patience and excellent service! Thank you Copy Plus!

I took in 5 packages on Minday December 13th to be shipped. I neatly wrote all 5 names and addresses on a piece of paper and gave it to Kelly when we went in. Of the 5 boxes being shipped for over $170.00. 3 of the addresses were incorrect, 1 even had the wrong city and state. I should have checked the receipt when she gave it to me but I assumed she could correctly copy 5 addresses. When I realized what had happened we called back and were greeted very rudely and told it was not there problem and to call UPS. I will never again use their services and encourage others to check and recheck if you use them in the future.

Extremely poor printing quality and service from this location. The employees do not understand adobe files and direction from the customer. The manager is very unhelpful and pointedly rude, making up conversations about refunds that she had never offered to do. I would not recommend this printing service. Asked repeatedly to talk with the owner about the poor quality and service we received to which she continued to refuse to have the owner call us. Save yourself time, money and frustration and take your printing needs to another business with qualified people who know printing as well as customer service. The best part is we have the product they produced which is so off centered and poor blotchy ink. We like to ease the pain by laughing at how bad the work and customer service was.

Great, full service print shop. Kimberly was super helpful and friendly today! I got my complicated print order handled easily, quickly, for a good price and with a smile. Top notch!Update: Have been here a few more times. Kim and other staff continue to provide first class service! Highly recommend!

Awesome staff that joked with me! Went to get fingerprints and was in and out in 5 minutes! The guy who took my fingerprints 10/10 would recommend!

If I could give 0 stars i would. Poor customer service!!! Would rather pay more money to go elsewhere then fight with the lady that works here. All I asked was for her to do her job!

I’ve given this business too many chances to provide them with any more of my business. There is one woman who has consistently been unfriendly and short. She makes it seem like you’re annoying her. For being a local business, one might think they’d try to offer personal and friendly customer service. Given FedEx and the post office is nearby, I’d take your business elsewhere.
